How a marketing search runs with us

The role shape varies, but the discipline is the same. Brand managers at a CPG, growth marketers at a Series B SaaS, creative directors at an agency - we run the same strike-team workflow so nothing slips and nothing drifts.

1. Brief calibration

Forty-five minute call to lock the role, the team, the comp band, and the candidate profile that will fit. We come prepared. We will read your existing campaigns and your competitor positioning before the call.

2. Stealth sourcing

Network first - candidates we have placed before, peer-employer alumni, agency-network referrals, creative-community channels. The strongest marketers rarely apply. We approach them named, individually.

3. Precision vetting and portfolio review

Phone screen, portfolio review by a working-creative consultant, references, comp expectations, notice period. Each candidate scored against the brief with a written note before they reach you.

4. Speed to offer

Three to five candidates within the search window. We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offers, line up the start date, and check in at week 2, 6 and 12 to make sure the placement holds.
